Cancellations at St Giles Dental Newtown

We understand that sometimes you have to change your plans at short notice and may need to cancel your dental appointment. Please try and give as much notice as possible so that we can reassign your appointment to another patient.  

We reserve the right to make a charge for cancellations with less than one full working days’ notice (i.e excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) although staff will listen sympathetically and always try to apply charges in a fair and reasonable manner.
